..this page reminds me of a wonderful old Ken Russell film "Savage Messiah"- devoted to (mainly) a search for "truth" and "art"- there's a scene where this talanted young Bohemian lay-about is getting bloody HELL thrown at him from his significant other - Why are you always stealing from other (artists)?- Why can't you be ORIGINAL???- and he answers, "All artists steal- nothing's original"...so true...I see Harvey Kurtzman here again-note the expression in the guy's shoulders...It's Harvey man- and it's #!#%$$%! beautiful.....

'The Devils' is well worth a look.
